Responsibilities

• Perform ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
• Conduct Boundary Surveys
• Execute Topographic Surveys
• Manage Construction Layout
• Complete As-Built Pipeline Surveys
• Utilize 3D Scanning and UAV Surveys

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5-10 years of experience in property surveys, including ALTA and Section Line Surveys
• Experience with GPS, Total Station, and Data Collectors
• Ability to organize field notes
• Ability to read Construction Plans
• Experience performing Boundary Research (preferred)
• Ability to execute field staking
• Strong math skills
• Valid driver's license

Nice-to-haves

• Oil & Gas Pipeline experience
• DOT experience
