Responsibilities

• Conduct construction and topographic surveys across various locations in Florida.
• Operate independently as a field surveyor with minimal supervision.
• Establish field operations and assist in developing the Florida operations.
• Transition from field operations to a leadership role over time.
• Perform office responsibilities, including data analysis and reporting, when not in the field.

Requirements

• 4 years of party chief experience.
• Comprehensive technical proficiency in surveying, topography, construction staking, GPS, and CAD.
• Experience with piping, topographic surveys, civil 3D, and total station.
• Ability to operate independently as a standalone survey crew.
• Proficiency in using survey equipment and software platforms.

Nice-to-haves

• 2 years of CAD experience preferred (civil 3D).
