The position involves leading and managing a survey crew to ensure accurate and timely completion of surveying tasks. The role requires operating and maintaining surveying equipment, including total stations and data collectors, and conducting and overseeing surveying activities for large infrastructure projects such as roadways, utilities, and land development. The candidate will implement high-definition scanning techniques and processes as required, coordinate with project managers and engineers to provide precise measurements and data, and train and mentor junior crew members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Compliance with safety standards and company policies on all projects is essential, as well as assisting in the preparation of survey reports and documentation.
