About the position
Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is seeking a Survey Field Technician / Helper to assist the Survey Crew Chief with various types of surveys including boundary, topographic, and construction surveys. The role involves outdoor work and requires physical stamina to carry equipment and materials.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Survey Crew Chief with boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.
- Carry up to 50 pounds of equipment and materials.
- Work outdoors for extended periods of time.
- Understand construction plans and stakeout techniques (preferred but not required).
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic mathematical abilities.
- Willingness and ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
