City of Fresno, CA - Fresno, CA

posted 3 days ago

Full-time - Mid Level
Fresno, CA
Executive, Legislative, and Other General Government Support

About the position

Survey Party Chief is the supervisory level in the Survey Party series. Incumbents supervise and train a crew of personnel involved in survey and lay-out work on engineering and mapping projects in the field. This class is distinguished from Chief Surveyor in that the incumbent of the latter is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Survey Section, including the budget and administration. The Survey Party Chief is distinguished from Survey Party Technician in that incumbents of the latter perform the less complex survey work and do not have supervisory responsibilities. If you're a detail-oriented individual with a knack for technical skill and an enthusiasm for shaping Fresno's future, this is your chance to make a tangible impact in our community. Join us and become a key player in our dynamic team!
