About the position

In this position, you will be responsible for receiving field work orders from Project Managers, evaluating the information for field crew, and processing the field work orders accordingly. Your duties will include developing staking plans based on project requirements and survey data, coordinating and scheduling survey crews, and managing survey data. You will also assist in the preparation and maintenance of survey equipment, conduct quality checks on survey data, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field staff to support project objectives. Additionally, you will be expected to follow safety protocols and procedures for survey personnel. This role is crucial in ensuring that all survey operations are conducted efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the projects undertaken by the company.

Responsibilities

• Receive field work orders from Project Managers and evaluate the information for field crew.
• Process field work orders accordingly.
• Develop staking plans based on project requirements and survey data.
• Coordinate and schedule survey crews for various projects.
• Manage survey data and ensure its accuracy and integrity.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of survey equipment.
• Conduct quality checks on survey data to ensure compliance with standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating and modifying survey plans.
• Experience in surveying and data management.
• Strong project coordination skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to conduct quality assurance checks on survey data.
• Excellent team collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of safety protocols relevant to surveying operations.
