About the position

Responsibilities
- Develop and present training curriculum for onboarding new team members.
- Conduct training sessions related to survivor benefits processing.
- Provide guidance in mapping processes and writing procedures.
- Assist in the training of existing team members on various processes.
- Process payments of pre- and post-retirement survivor benefits.
Requirements
- Experience in training and development within a public sector or similar environment.
- Strong analytical skills to perform complex technical assignments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team leaders and members.
Nice-to-haves
