Sustainability Intern

About the position

The Sustainability Project Management Intern will support Carlisle's sustainability initiatives during the Summer of 2025. This role involves collaborating with the sustainability team and various departments to drive projects focused on reducing emissions and waste, ultimately contributing to the company's goal of achieving Net Zero. The intern will engage in data analysis, project documentation, and communication efforts to promote sustainability within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze environmental data to assess sustainability impacts.
• Automate data collection and develop dashboards to track KPIs.
• Build business cases for projects that reduce emissions and waste.
• Revise and create sustainability management system documentation.
• Create communication content to promote sustainability initiatives.
• Present your project impact and accomplishments at the end of the internship.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PowerBI is a plus.
