About the position

The Sustainability Project Manager at Mead & Hunt is responsible for leading sustainability initiatives from pre-planning through post-construction, ensuring compliance with various third-party standards. This role involves collaboration with project teams, conducting workshops, and managing project specifications while also contributing to marketing and business development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainability scopes from pre-planning through post-construction based on third-party standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external project teams.
• Lead charrettes and workshops.
• Conduct drawing and specification reviews.
• Assign and manage work of others.
• Act as a technical expert in sustainability.
• Participate in marketing and business development, including writing scopes for new work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Sustainability, Interior Design, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture or related field.
• At least ten years of relevant experience.
• Three or more accreditations such as LEED AP BD+C, LEED AP ID+C, GPCP, LFA or similar.
