The Senior Vice President, Brand & Marketing is responsible for managing and overseeing the vision, strategy, and direction of the Brand and Marketing team which develops Teach For America's brand identity, steers its creative execution, and promotes the brand through integrated marketing campaigns that support our organization in reaching its goals. The Senior Vice President, Brand & Marketing manages a team of approximately 25 individuals working on sub-teams including those focused on brand strategy, content, creative & design, digital marketing, social media, and operations. The team works to ensure that Teach For America's brand strength is improving, and that we are delivering powerful marketing campaigns that engage our stakeholders in ways that are grounded in data and insights and deliver on the goals of internal business units. The Senior Vice President, Brand & Marketing reports directly to the Executive Vice President, External Affairs and serves as a member of External Affairs Leadership Team and TFA's Senior Leadership Team.
