The Senior Vice President, Brand & Marketing is responsible for managing and overseeing the vision, strategy, and direction of the Brand and Marketing team which develops Teach For America's brand identity, steers its creative execution, and promotes the brand through integrated marketing campaigns that support our organization in reaching its goals. The Senior Vice President, Brand & Marketing manages a team of approximately 25 individuals working on sub-teams including those focused on brand strategy, content, creative & design, digital marketing, social media, and operations. The team works to ensure that Teach For America's brand strength is improving, and that we are delivering powerful marketing campaigns that engage our stakeholders in ways that are grounded in data and insights and deliver on the goals of internal business units. The Senior Vice President, Brand & Marketing reports directly to the Executive Vice President, External Affairs and serves as a member of External Affairs Leadership Team and TFA's Senior Leadership Team. In this role, you will craft category-defining marketing strategies, develop data-driven marketing plans encompassing all channels, and set measurable goals to track progress. You will lead the end-to-end execution of brand marketing plans and campaigns, champion TFA's brand story, and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints. Additionally, you will oversee the marketing budget, conduct thorough market research, and foster a high-performing team environment. This position requires agility in teamwork, with the ability to support some weekend and evening work, travel to in-person meetings, and work virtually with colleagues across the country.
