About the position

Responsibilities

  • Ensure successful achievement of revenue and growth goals for designated practice areas.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with key influencers and decision-makers.
  • Coordinate market research and sales team requests for sales systems and report development.
  • Enhance the company's sales and marketing methodology.
  • Develop proposals, pricing, and work plans to support annual revenue growth goals.
  • Identify ways to differentiate the company from competitors.
  • Evaluate and communicate improvements for services based on industry trends and client feedback.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors and industry technologies.
  • Implement corporate sales strategy effectively to achieve sales forecasts.
  • Review sales plan implementation quarterly to ensure objectives are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 6+ years of sales experience in a professional services company or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in consultative selling techniques.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
