About the position

The Senior Vice President, CFO Open Banking, Customer Acquisition & Engagement and CTO is a global finance leader responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business units related to open banking and consumer engagement. This role involves strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business growth and operational efficiency. The SVP will collaborate with business unit leaders to formulate strategies, manage capital allocation, and ensure sound financial practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business unit leaders to formulate and implement business unit strategy.
  • Lead capital allocation process and development of business cases for organic investments.
  • Evaluate potential business relationships and new growth areas from strategic, operational, and financial perspectives.
  • Run special projects to advance the strategy of the Consumer Solutions businesses.
  • Support the business unit in launching new businesses to support growth.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Manage short and long-range financial planning and capital forecasting.
  • Set objectives, develop plans, and establish KPIs with business unit leaders.
  • Review and explain significant variances from prior period actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct financial analyses to support business strategies and Board of Directors reviews.
  • Provide financial analysis related to customer planning activities ensuring business cases are financially sound.
  • Guide financial decisions related to business transactions, including acquisitions and investments.
  • Lead the development and implementation of streamlined financial processes.
  • Review and execute all contracts with financial implications.
  • Assist in developing cost-effective controls to promote data integrity and minimize risk.
  • Maintain key finance-related relationships with other business units and external parties.

Requirements

  • MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • Solid accounting skills and excellent finance skills including modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Experience in budget planning and forecasting.
  • Experience in risk management and a solid understanding of the business.
  • Operational experience is very desirable.
  • Proven ability to build high performing teams and strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated history of thoughtful risk-taking and business acumen.
