About the position

The SVP, Digital Marketing Product Management and Innovation role at Citi is focused on leading the Digital Marketing Capabilities vertical within the U.S. Personal Bank. This position is pivotal in driving digital sales transformation and enhancing customer experiences through innovative digital products and strategies. The leader will manage a team responsible for the delivery of digital marketing capabilities across various platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's client-centric approach and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive new digital products and strategies to ensure the Digital Sales and Acquisitions scorecards are delivered.
• Collaborate with business partners to identify growth or efficiency opportunities in acquisition and post-login channels through digital innovation.
• Partner with US Consumer Technology and Digital teams to develop product roadmaps that enhance digital cross-sell and customer engagement.
• Transform operating processes, reporting, and playbook for managing critical digital channels.
• Provide competitive and industry insights to inform the strategic roadmap.
• Assess risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and maintaining the firm's reputation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Financial services or Fintech leading strategy and execution with measurable results.
• Deep knowledge of Digital Sales Funnel, Adobe Analytics, and end-to-end customer journey.
• Experience in agile digital product roadmap design and data-driven personalization.
• Strong analytical skills and a consumer-centric mindset.
• Ability to manage large, complex projects in a cross-functional environment.
