This position oversees client business with revenue up to $15 million and is responsible for generating innovative creative strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality creative output. The role demands collaboration across teams and departments to maintain the agency's creative vision and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Generate new and innovative creative strategies and ideas to meet creative objectives.
• Evaluate creative strategy and execution of all new work.
• Grow existing brands and participate in new business to generate additional revenue.
• Collaborate and communicate with team members to ensure goals are met and maintain creative vision.
• Develop strong client relationships through market research and presenting creative concepts.
• Ensure the highest level of artistic and creative output consistent with clients' marketing strategies.
• Conduct performance reviews and determine salary increases for subordinates.
• Monitor and review all creative output of the department to ensure agency standards are met.
• Attend and play a key role in all client meetings to improve client business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• 15 years of experience in Marketing/Advertising.
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and delegate responsibilities effectively.
