About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced level degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of professional level experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 5 years in an HR management role.
  • Expertise in Strategic HR practices such as Leadership Development, Change Management, and Performance Management.
  • Solid HR Generalist skills including Employee Relations, Talent Development, and Project Management.
  • Exceptional consultative and influencing skills with senior leadership.
  • Proficient in Human Resource Management Systems (Workday) and Microsoft Office Products.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in the Financial Services industry is a plus.
  • PHR, SPHR certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and practices.
  • Advise executive level business leaders on strategic and tactical plans to support business goals.
  • Contribute to the success of HR Centers of Excellence by enabling strong partnerships and improving efficiency.
  • Act as the voice of internal and external clients to facilitate improvements to HR policies and processes.
  • Lead talent management initiatives and provide coaching and development support to employees.
  • Focus on employee engagement and provide support, coaching, and mentorship to business leaders.
  • Identify and act on key metrics for decision-making and develop methods for compiling and analyzing data.
  • Drive broader talent initiatives across the firm and ensure accountability within the HR ecosystem.
  • Lead and develop a team of HR professionals.
