About the position

The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Marketing at Emarsys will lead the Global Marketing Organization, focusing on enhancing demand generation and personalized customer marketing for a diverse client base. This role requires a strategic leader who can leverage existing marketing teams to drive scalable growth and improve marketing effectiveness across various regions, including the Americas, DACH, EMEA, and APAC.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the strategy of Global Marketing for the Americas, DACH, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Provide a direct link between Revenue Growth and marketing spend with strong ROI.
  • Support the marketing organization in shifting to an increased digitized demand generation.
  • Improve every single stage of our opportunity creation funnel.
  • Prioritize collaboration and team satisfaction regarding our global/regional marketing structures.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of a successful global demand generation program with a focus on digital.
  • Experience as a B2B SaaS Marketer with strong analytical skills.
  • Inclusive people leader who believes in leading by example.
  • Effective collaborator with a growth mindset.
  • Experience in paid media, SEO, and performance marketing.

Nice-to-haves

  • Additional expertise in Product Marketing, Customer Advocacy Marketing, or Sales Development teams.
