About the position

The Product Control Lead Analyst is a senior analyst role focused on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the bank's financial records. This position involves collaboration with the Finance team to manage data integrity, general ledger reconciliation, profit attribution, valuation control, and product P&L and balance sheet reporting.

Responsibilities

• Apply an in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions
• Ensure delivery of a full range of services to one or more businesses and/or geographic regions
• Resolve complex and varied issues, taking action and weighing various alternatives
• Escalate anomalies and issues in a timely manner
• Assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
• Supervise the activity of others and create accountability for maintaining standards

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in a related role
• Experience in financial control, valuation or related discipline
• Financial products and valuation related knowledge
• Evidence of robust control focus
• Management experience
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment
