About the position

The SVP, Provider Operations at Sharecare is a senior leadership role focused on managing and optimizing organizational operations to drive revenue growth and client success. This position requires a strong background in operations management, with responsibilities that include directing activities aligned with company goals, enhancing client strategies, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The SVP will lead a team, promote colleague engagement, and collaborate with various departments to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and enhance geography and client strategies.
  • Hire and retain talent, providing clear direction and accountability to employees.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to identify and manage new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate closely with internal sales and technical service resources, communicating project statuses and success metrics.
  • Manage client expectations to create a win for both the client and Sharecare.
  • Establish strategies that maximize growth and profitability, optimizing workflow and capitalizing on new opportunities.
  • Evaluate and maintain operational policies in collaboration with division leaders and executives.
  • Manage key corporate initiatives and ensure revenue and profit budgets are met or exceeded.
  • Review and approve plans to control budget spending and labor efficiency.
  • Deliver key performance metrics and outcomes-based reports to customers in a timely manner.
  • Analyze operations to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Direct activities of functional specialties through managers, setting performance expectations.
  • Establish annual fiscal budget and maintain relationships with finance partners for P&L evaluation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in operations management leading large teams, preferably in healthcare.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced business degree preferred.
  • Services and software operations experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in a medical setting is helpful.
  • Excellent client-facing skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
