About the position

The Senior Vice President, Sales & Education will lead the strategic direction of the sales and education teams at Benefit Cosmetics. This role is crucial for advancing the brand through effective sales strategies and overseeing all sell-in and sell-out functions for US Wholesale channels. The SVP will build strong relationships with retail partners to maximize sales opportunities and ensure cohesive support for sales channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management for sales and education teams.
• Drive the strategy and alignment of sales and education to accelerate brand recognition and sales.
• Establish and maintain productive partnerships with retailers and internal stakeholders.
• Create and communicate clear action plans to optimize results and ensure effective execution of operational activities for all distribution channels.
• Develop and implement systems and procedures for managing and negotiating inventory levels.

Requirements

• Proven track record in brand and account management, preferably in retail/beauty.
• Strong strategic vision and creative skills, balanced by a highly analytical, hands-on, and detail-oriented approach.
• Experience identifying multiple business-driving strategies.
• Adept at managing promotional and new product introduction calendars, as well as account inventory planning and sales analysis.
• Ability to impact retail sales by assessing business opportunities and developing marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, both verbal and written.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing P&L and budgets.
