About the position

The Sweet Salt Sales Associate position at Covenant Corporation is a part-time role focused on providing excellent customer service and driving sales in a retail environment. The associate will engage with customers, maintain store cleanliness, and assist with inventory management while embodying the brand's values of modesty and fashion.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every person in a friendly way and provide excellent customer service.
• Drive sales by actively engaging with every customer.
• Keep the store clean and tidy at all times.
• Assist in receiving and replenishing inventory on the sales floor.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Knowledge of Sweet Salt Modest Fashion.
• Availability during busy times, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong visual merchandising skills, especially in clothing.
• Ability to regularly move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers.
• Comfortable engaging with customers in a genuine way.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
