• Maintain a commitment to attendance, missing no more than one class every 6 weeks.
• Find and prepare a substitute teacher when unable to teach, leaving notes for them.
• Be in the water for up to 4 hours at a time.

Requirements

• Ability to swim and pass a basic swim test (50 yards).
• Commitment to missing no more than one class every 6 weeks (80-90% attendance).
• Ability to prepare for and manage swim lessons effectively.
• Ability to be in a chlorinated pool for extended periods.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in teaching or coaching swimming.
• Background in child care, camp counseling, or similar roles.
