About The Position

Requirements

• CPR Certification
• Swimming First Aid Certification
• Previous experience as a swim instructor or in a related role is preferred.
• Experience working with students of various ages, including children and adults.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
• A genuine passion for educating others about swimming and water safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct swim lessons for individuals, tailoring instruction to meet the needs of each student.
• Educate students on water safety, swimming techniques, and proper breathing methods.
• Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a positive and focused learning environment.
• Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to create engaging lesson plans and activities.
• Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area before, during, and after lessons.
