Swimming Pool Construction Manager

About the position

The Swimming Pool Construction Manager at Epic Pools, Inc. is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of swimming pool construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of swimming pool construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Ensure all construction work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
• Lead and mentor a team of construction workers and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Requirements

• Experience in swimming pool construction is a must.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Site Supervisor, or similar role, preferably in the swimming pool industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with construction management software (Structure Studios) and tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
