About The Position
The Swimming Pool Operations Manager is responsible for intermediate professional management and administrative duties related to the planning, organizing, and operation of the Edward P. Thomas, Jr. and William R. Diggs Memorial Swimming Pools. This position involves hiring, training, and supervising City seasonal staff and serves as a liaison between the City and the contracted Pool Management Company. The role includes overseeing the overall daily operation of the swimming pool facilities, which encompasses daily admission and concession sales, customer service, cleanliness, and contract management.
