Requirements

• 3 years of retail management experience (required).
• 3 years of experience in a hardware store (preferred).
• Outstanding customer service skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to drive growth through increasing sales and reducing expenses.
• Understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and pricing strategies.
• Motivated, organized, self-starter with problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to continual learning and development opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
