About the position

We are currently seeking full-time employees for all shifts in our glass tempering and fabricating facility located in Clackamas, OR. The position offers a competitive pay range of $19 to $25 per hour, depending on experience. The role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail and safety are paramount. Employees will be responsible for accurately reading measurements from paperwork and using tape measures to ensure precise production of glass products. Candidates must be prepared to stand for 8 to 10 hours during their shifts and must be capable of safely lifting glass panels weighing up to 100 lbs. While experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, we are committed to providing on-the-job training to ensure all employees are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in their roles. This position is full-time and does not require weekend work, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Responsibilities

• Accurately read measurements from paperwork and tape measures to ensure precise production.
• Stand for 8-10 hour shifts as required by the job.
• Safely lift glass panels weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Maintain attention to detail at all times during production processes.
• Participate in on-the-job training to enhance skills and knowledge in glass tempering and fabricating.

Requirements
