About the position

The Swing Shift Quality Control/Shipping position at Opti Staffing Group involves ensuring the quality of stone countertop products before they are shipped. The role focuses on inspecting, cleaning, and organizing countertop pieces, verifying details, and preparing products for shipping. This position offers an opportunity to join a local fabricator and installer of high-quality stone countertops, with potential for growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Clean and inspect all countertop pieces of every order.
• Verify that all details match stickers (color, edge, backsplash, sink model and color, etc.).
• Check surface finish, measurements, and/or seams for imperfections and report to Supervisor.
• Load and organize all components of finished products on a cart and move them to staging area or via other format for shipping.
• Ensure that jobs loaded are properly labeled and are quality products.

Requirements

• Mechanical knowledge
• Entry level experience with machinery
• Willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation
