The Idaho Youth Ranch is seeking a dedicated Swing Shift Supervisor for Hays House, a vital part of our mission to support homeless and runaway youth in the Treasure Valley. Hays House is the only 24-hour shelter in the area, providing a safe and stable environment for youth in crisis. As a Swing Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading and supervising the direct care staff, ensuring that our young residents receive the highest quality of care and support. Your leadership will help foster an environment of hope, healing, and resilience, aligning with our mission to nurture the well-being of Idaho's youth. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Hays House during the swing shift, which runs from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM. You will lead a team of Youth Care Providers, ensuring that they are well-trained and equipped to provide outstanding care to the youth in our program. Your responsibilities will include assisting with onboarding and training new staff, monitoring compliance with program standards and procedures, and ensuring that all tasks are completed effectively and compassionately.
