About the position

This full-time position requires the operator to manage the switchboard effectively, ensuring that all incoming calls are handled promptly and professionally. The operator will also be responsible for entering payment information accurately and providing support with insurance claims processing. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth communication within the office and with external stakeholders, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. The Switchboard Operator will work a schedule that includes Monday through Friday, with the expectation of working every third Saturday morning. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys interacting with a variety of people. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to teamwork. Attention to detail is essential, as the operator will be handling sensitive information and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately.
