The Synergy Fiber Sales Associate role involves engaging with customers to promote and sell high-speed fiber internet services. This position is designed for motivated individuals who enjoy outdoor sales and are looking for a commission-based income opportunity. The company provides training to ensure associates are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Meet virtually or in-person with your team for training.
• Conduct door-to-door residential outside sales.
• Develop your pipeline from qualified leads through face-to-face presentations.
• Maintain open communication and support with your team throughout each day.
• Track and manage your sales, follow-ups, and client information through our CRM daily.
• Travel up to 25%.
• Build brand awareness and be the community's fiber expert.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE a valid US Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• MUST BE authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Motivated and driven sales closer with a desire to make $65k+ within your first year.
• Confident and savvy with current technology.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous success in direct sales is preferred, but not required.
