About the position

The Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) plays a crucial role in guiding business stakeholders through complex technical elements of sales and support processes. This position focuses on addressing challenges related to product configurations, CRM consolidations, and ensuring effective communication between sales requests and technical implementations. The SME will also be responsible for system administration, licensing, and documentation, ensuring that all sales operations technologies are effectively managed and integrated with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components.
• Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
• Install, maintain and administer computer networks and computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks.
• Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures, and maintain control records.
• Ensure network performance.
• Add and remove network access.
• Maintain an inventory of parts for repair needs.

Requirements

• Strong technical acumen and experience architecting Sales Enablement and Customer Success tools and systems.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends for sales tools and database strategies.
• Ability to quickly identify root causes of problems and act on those problems effectively.
• General knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, & Slides), mandatory experience with Salesforce as a user, admin experience desirable.
• Inquisitive mindset focused on improving the sales cycle efficiency.
• Ability to work autonomously and make impactful business decisions confidently.
• Subject matter expertise in a variety of software applications and business acumen to apply them to business problems.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Familiarity with the Agile framework.
• Overall understanding of SaaS business processes and experience in implementing solutions to technical gaps.
