About The Position
The Systems Administrator at Santa Claran Casino Resort is responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and providing support for the organization's software, hardware, and network infrastructure. This role requires quick problem diagnosis and resolution, effective communication of technical issues to the IT Management Team, and collaboration with various departments to address their technical needs. The Systems Administrator will also assist the IT Systems and Security Engineer in managing the network and systems infrastructure, ensuring security and efficiency in operations.
