The System Administrator position at Joliet Junior College is a critical role within the Application Support Services department of the Information Technology division. This position is responsible for supporting the effective use of the college's administrative computer systems, primarily through system administration, business analysis, computer programming support, and software troubleshooting. The System Administrator will work closely with students, faculty, and staff to ensure that the college's goals are met through the efficient use of the ERP system(s). This includes supporting the integration of new software functionality, maintaining dedicated databases, and serving as the primary administrator for Business Intelligence environments.
