About the position

The System Administrator role at Robert Half involves managing and maintaining server systems and applications, particularly within Azure and Intune environments. The position focuses on ensuring system security, conducting audits, and providing technical support to users, making it essential for maintaining the integrity and performance of the organization's IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Install, update, and maintain servers and system applications.
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure, notably in Azure and Intune.
• Implement and oversee back-ups, system security, and recovery procedures.
• Maintain and operate Microsoft Azure environments and configurations.
• Manage device management through Intune.
• Conduct regular audits of system and software applications.
• Provide problem resolution for system and application issues.
• Respond to technical inquiries and assist users when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role, with maintaining Azure and Intune.
• Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
• Experience working with Intune for device management.
• Proficient in managing and configuring Azure environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and strong ability to work in a team.
• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
