About the position

The System Administrator role at ManTech involves providing critical support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems. This position is essential for managing IT system infrastructure and ensuring effective problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution. The role supports national security by delivering premier mission-focused IT services.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
• Support the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
• Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning.
• Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware, applications, and software integration.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, install/load operating systems software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity of, and configure network components, along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years' of related experience.
• Windows/Cloud/LINUX experience.
• IAT Level II certification.
