The Systems Administrator for The Threats, Targets for Testing and Training Systems (4TS) program will play a crucial role in supporting the Threat Systems Management Office's (TSMO) Maximo and Configuration Management Systems (CMS) software applications and systems. This position is based in Indianapolis, IN, and operates in a hybrid work environment, allowing for 40% remote work. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in system administration across various platforms, including Windows, Linux, SQL Server, IBM Maximo, and WebSphere. The role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, updating, and maintaining systems to ensure optimal performance and security. In this position, the Systems Administrator will lead the administration and optimization of the Maximo application, focusing on system configurations, customizations, and enhancements. The candidate will coordinate deployment and maintenance schedules, ensuring that upgrades and patches are executed efficiently to maintain system scalability, stability, and security while minimizing downtime. Daily responsibilities will include performing backup operations, ensuring that all necessary file systems and system data are backed up appropriately, and managing recovery processes as needed.
