About the position

The System Administrator at BlueHalo will play a crucial role in supporting the Intel Division by providing 24x7 monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) mission systems. This position requires a strong technical background and the ability to manage the health and status of mission-critical systems, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 support monitoring and troubleshooting of mission systems.
• Manage the health and status of IT mission systems.
• Utilize Linux administration and basic networking knowledge.
• Document event logging accurately and execute scripts effectively.
• Deliver excellent customer service in support of mission objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Five years of experience as a System Administrator in similar programs and contracts.
• Five years of additional System Administrator experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.
• CWIP Certification Compliance with IAT Level I (e.g., Security+ certification) is required.
