About the position

The System Administrator role involves managing and maintaining enterprise-level applications, with a focus on automation and performance monitoring. The position requires strong technical skills in various DevOps tools and a solid understanding of cloud computing, particularly with AWS. The role also includes responsibilities as a Scrum Master, necessitating effective communication and collaboration with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain enterprise-level applications.
• Create scripts for process automation and performance metrics.
• Debug complex technical issues independently and drive resolution.
• Document Incident, Request, and Change/Release management processes using JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Utilize DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, Chef, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Manage data ingestion, transformation, and warehousing using AWS Data Lakes and Snowflake.
• Administer EKS and ensure system reliability.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, fulfilling Scrum Master responsibilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Application Administration.
• Strong development skills in Shell and Python scripting.
• 5+ years of experience in debugging technical issues and driving resolutions.
• Proficient in DevOps tools including Jenkins, Git, Docker, Chef, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Good understanding of Server, Storage, Networking, and Well Architected Frameworks (WAF).
• Working knowledge of data analytics concepts using AWS and Snowflake.
• Familiarity with software testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, Junit, and PyTest.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
