About the position

The System Administrator role involves supporting and maintaining various information security applications and infrastructure components, including Oracle Software, Salesforce, and Markview. The position requires collaboration with internal and external teams to resolve access issues and ensure smooth application functionality. The role also includes troubleshooting, deploying updates, and developing code and scripts to enhance system performance and security.

Responsibilities

• Support existing information security applications and infrastructure components.
• Collaborate with teams and customers to resolve access issues related to Oracle, Salesforce, and Markview.
• Work with project managers to define realistic timelines for production issue resolutions.
• Troubleshoot issues across multiple applications and systems.
• Fix issues and support deployments during maintenance windows.
• Develop code, scripts, and configuration/deployment instructions to implement designs.
• Use SQL optimization techniques and enterprise-grade patterns for application performance.
• Perform thorough unit testing, code validation, and troubleshooting.
• Work with technical teams such as data architecture, portal, and integration.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain products and equipment.
• Determine and recommend products or services that best fit customer needs.
• Install new software releases and system upgrades, evaluate and install patches, and resolve software-related problems.
• Perform system backups and recovery, maintain data files, and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
