About the position
The System Analyst for Predictive Logistics will serve as a Subject Matter Expert with a strong background in data analytics, maintenance, supply, or logistics. This role involves overseeing the development, execution, and sustainment of the Army's Predictive Logistics program. Candidates will be expected to utilize their data analytical skills alongside strong oral and written communication abilities. Proficiency in MS 365 Teams collaborations, MS Office Suite (including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and SharePoint is essential. Familiarity with Gantt charts for tracking schedule timelines is also required. Additionally, candidates should possess a working knowledge of the Army Acquisition process and an understanding of materiel development organizations. Participation in working groups and briefings will be necessary to synchronize efforts and ensure that results support the execution of the sustainment mission engineering thread, which includes data collection, transportation, analysis, visualization, decision-making processes, and data storage/protection.

Requirements
- BA/BS degree and 4 years' experience in an administrative/business field, or 10 years' experience in an administrative/business field.
- Strong data analytics skills.
- Proficient in MS 365 Teams, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with Gantt charts for tracking schedules.
- Working knowledge of the Army Acquisition process.
- Familiarity with materiel development organizations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
