About the position

Axient is seeking a Senior System Analyst (ACM/C-UAS) to support our customer in Fort Sill, OK. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the design performance capabilities of emerging organizations, Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) systems, sensors, and mission command. Your primary objective will be to assess whether these systems can effectively mitigate required capability gaps. You will ensure that C-UAS requirements documents are updated as necessary and will propose refinements of system requirements in capability documents. This will involve close coordination with the Fires Center of Excellence, Capabilities Development & Integration Directorate, and the Requirements Determination Directorate. You will also establish and facilitate working groups in both physical and virtual environments, coordinating with DOTMLPF-P leads to integrate efforts across the DOTMLPF-P domains. Your role will include assisting in the preparation of C-UAS Capability Development Document (CDD) and Capability Production Document (CPD) briefings in accordance with the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) format. Additionally, you will monitor and synchronize all C-UAS developmental and operational testing and evaluation, which will require direct interaction with program/project/product managers and Materiel Developers (MATDEVs) of both primary and ancillary systems, as well as the test community and the fielding/gaining command. Furthermore, you will participate in the development of the Doctrinal/Organizational Test Support Package for C-UAS operational test events and coordinate all necessary training within the Training Test Support Package. This position requires a high level of expertise and the ability to work with minimal oversight, making it essential for candidates to possess a strong background in military operations and systems analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure C-UAS requirements documents are updated and propose refinements in coordination with relevant directorates.

  • Coordinate with DOTMLPF-P leads and integrate efforts across DOTMLPF-P domains.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or high school graduate with 20 years of relevant military experience in ADA or EW in lieu of a BS/BA degree.
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in an Acquisition Program Office and/or JCIDS Requirements Development/TCM Position.
  • Ability to work with minimum oversight.
  • Comfortable with creating products for and briefing at the O6 and higher level.
  • Must have an active DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level.
  • Graduate of CGSC or equivalent CSS, SMA, and WOSSC.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in C-UAS operations in an operational theater.
  • More than fifteen (15) years of direct experience and knowledge in ADA Operations.
  • Experience with Army Air Defense digital systems including AMDWS, FAAD C2, and ADSI.
  • Knowledge of Airspace Management.
  • Familiar with Link-16 and associated equipment and processes.
  • Experience with integrating Army Air Defense systems and processes into the Army Battle Command construct at multiple echelons.
  • Graduate of the ADAM/BAE Course.
