About the position

In this role, you will collaborate with Fidelity leaders to influence strategic decisions and manage product features within an agile framework. You will be responsible for aligning team efforts with business objectives, ensuring effective planning and prioritization of the product backlog, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement among team members.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Fidelity leaders to influence strategic decisions and roadmaps.
• Set and refine the mission for the team and execute specific product features.
• Ensure alignment on the 'what' and 'when' of work through ongoing planning and prioritization of the product backlog.
• Enable team members to work iteratively and learn from both successes and failures.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads and Scrum Masters to build team capacity and capability.
• Make informed trade-off decisions balancing quality, cost, and timelines.
• Take a data-focused approach to understand customer needs and prioritize actions to improve value delivered.
• Lead and motivate colleagues without formal authority, building high-performing teams.
• Continuously improve and encourage an agile way of working.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Mathematics, or Finance-related field.
• CFA/CFP designation or post-graduate degree in finance or a related field is a plus.
• Financial services experience is preferred.
• Experience in the Asset Management industry is preferred.
• Ability to measure performance against established objectives.
