About the position

The company markets products under several different brands, and its vehicles are utilized in a variety of environments, including golf courses, factories, airports, planned communities, theme parks, and hunting preserves. As a System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and delivering solutions for the assigned department's SAP transactions. This position requires a strong understanding of SAP systems and the ability to create and maintain data using assigned Master “T-Code” roles. You will support the development and installation of new IT business solutions, ensuring that the systems are functioning effectively and efficiently. In this role, you will utilize standard SAP error reports to make necessary corrections to maintain data accuracy. Troubleshooting issues related to assigned data and processes will be a key responsibility, and you will implement solutions to resolve these issues. Collaboration with the IT Business Partner is essential, as you will validate and test enhancements of various systems. Additionally, you will conduct SAP training for new hires within the assigned department, providing transactional assistance as needed. Maintaining and updating all associated training materials will also be part of your duties, along with developing standard work instructions related to SAP processes across multiple departments. Other duties may be assigned as necessary, making this a dynamic and engaging position within the organization.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2 or more years of experience required.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
