About the position

The System Architect position focuses on designing and implementing solutions using PL/SQL and VCL, with a strong emphasis on Windows-based applications. The role requires extensive experience in SQL and PL/SQL, as well as knowledge of Oracle RDBMS and related tools. The architect will be responsible for overseeing the development of an accounting program package utilized by various counties, ensuring that the software meets the necessary requirements and standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions using PL/SQL and VCL.
• Oversee the development of an accounting program package for various counties.
• Utilize SQL/PL SQL for database management and application development.
• Work with Oracle RDBMS and PL/SQL Developer tools.
• Ensure compatibility with MS Windows 11 Enterprise and Windows Server 2015+.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SQL/PL SQL.
• Experience with object-oriented programming using VCL.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows-based application platforms and software development tools.
• Proficiency in Oracle RDBMS and PL/SQL Developer.
• Experience with Oracle DB Admin Tools and Enterprise Manager.

Nice-to-haves

• Delphi programming experience using RAD Studio 2007+.
• Basic accounting knowledge due to the nature of the accounting program package.
