As a liaison between IT and the business line, the individual will work closely with the Senior IT Business Analyst Manager and Scrum Master to keep stakeholders informed of project progress. This includes coordinating test plans to meet project requirements and facilitating user acceptance testing to ensure quality deliverables. Key responsibilities include conducting discovery sessions to gather requirements and assisting stakeholders in writing user stories. The individual will document current and future state process workflows and work closely with product owners, vendors, and the development team to define backlogs and promote the program. The role requires participation in daily scrum stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint demos, retrospectives, and other Scrum meetings, while also helping to track and remove impediments that may hinder progress. The position emphasizes building a trusting and safe environment for the Scrum Team, where problems can be raised without fear of blame. The individual will proactively collaborate with the business to identify potential process improvements and enhancements that can increase efficiencies and reduce costs. Responsibilities also include translating business needs into design documents and specifications, preparing detailed specifications for IT programming, and working with vendors to configure third-party solutions. Additionally, the role involves acting as a testing coordinator for key initiatives, defining and documenting test plans, and ensuring requirements traceability and quality solution delivery. The individual will govern the User Stories dashboard, prepare project artifacts, and ensure timely document approvals by stakeholders. Maintaining a centralized tool for requirements inventory and monitoring change management of requirements is also crucial. The position requires adherence to federal and state laws, regulations, and Bank policies, including reporting suspicious activity.
