Responsibilities

  • Participate in on-call activities and manage the systems within the domain.
  • Work with primary responders to help fix system issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and evaluate technical data.
  • Develop recommendations for systems and services within the domain.
  • Respond to tickets/bugs within team-defined service-level objectives (SLOs).
  • Contribute to systems and services in related domains through bug reports and consultation.
  • Work with customers on defining distributed systems requirements and testing procedures.
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions as needed.
  • Maintain and update existing systems and codebase.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience with systems automation.
  • 2 years of experience with technical infrastructure (e.g., deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting).

Nice-to-haves

  • 3 years of experience with systems design and implementation.
  • Experience with DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with user access management.
