About the position

The System Director of Marketing at Main Line Health is a leadership role responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance patient loyalty and system alignment across multiple healthcare facilities. This position requires collaboration with executive leadership and service line directors to formulate marketing plans that achieve organizational objectives while ensuring brand integrity and a consistent patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Ensure brand integrity and evolution, monitoring the delivery of the brand promise across the region.
  • Manage relationships with media buying agencies, advertising/creative agencies, and other support professionals.
  • Select and implement customer relationship management (CRM) systems and oversee marketing technology processes.
  • Develop and monitor the annual marketing budget from a system, entity, and service line perspective.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in marketing, healthcare management, or business administration preferred; Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of strategic marketing experience in a multi-hospital system or healthcare system with multiple distribution sites; 5 years at the management level.
  • Experience in healthcare brand management, advertising, social media, communications, and directing market research initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a marketing staff in a dynamic, high-growth, volume-driven environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
