About The Position
GovCIO is seeking a remote Incident Manager responsible for overseeing incident management processes and ensuring the effective administration of IT systems. This role involves maintaining and improving network configurations, managing documentation, and implementing security measures to protect data and systems. The Incident Manager will also be involved in ServiceNow and Jira administration, as well as scripting to automate tasks and resolve performance issues.
