About The Position
The Incident Manager at GovCIO is responsible for overseeing the administration and development of ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence, while also improving processes and documentation. This role involves maintaining and administering computer networks, implementing security measures, and ensuring proper documentation exists for operational instructions. The Incident Manager will also be involved in monitoring and analyzing system performance, as well as recommending changes to enhance system configurations.
